Disapointed
I tried to place an order online unsuccessfully, so next morning I called and someone was able to help me. He found the order and sent me a confirmation immediately. As soon as I received the invoice, I realized that I had been overcharged for all of the Christmas napkins I had ordered. Six packs to be exact that were on sale and I was charged full price. I called right back and left a message on the voice message. I never heard back on my order. I received the package a few days later and the blue air laid napkins were not there. I also received substitutions on 2 others. So in all, I was overcharged and received 3 wrong items. Very disappointed
