Do you have to use their China or can your purchase clear plastic plates? Do you have to use their staff or can you hire an outside caterer. You can save money and make sure you get exactly what you want, but choosing the right caterer. When you enter into a contact with a venue that makes you use their catering, then you may end up paying more or getting food you don’t want.

Will They Work With You?

A wedding reception can be anything you want. It can be classy and elegant, relaxed and exciting or even themed. The reception is your visions from the color of the tablecloths to the gold plastic silverware. If you have a vision, then the venue should want to make that happen. Either they have what you need or are willing to get it for you. If you find a venue that isn’t flexible, then find a different place.
