From $60 to $89.99 = $12.95

From $90 to $119.99 = $14.95

From $120 to $149.99 = $16.95

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges. International Shipping is provided and you will be charged the amount the carrier charges.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Customer must call for return authorization before any returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted.
